What happens when you stick nail polish in a centrifuge? ART!

A centrifuge is a common device in labs that’s used to separate samples of all kinds of things - this might be a first for nail polish!

Instead of printing out photo booth strips, this Harajuku photo booth will print out 3D figurines of yourself thanks to the magic of 3D printers!

It was set up by creative studio PARTY and will be up from November 24th to January 14th.

You have to stand still for 15 minutes in order to get your 3-dimensional photo taken — think you can hold your pose?

so my neighborhood looks like it threw up on itself and driving up and down my block is absolutely heartbreaking- to see everyone’s everything on their lawns/curbs is devastating. but the woman who lives across the street today made me a happy cat after seeing as she spent hours trying to recover photographs that got damaged from the flooding. it ruled

This is the most haunting post-Sandy image I’ve seen. It’s also one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen in my life. I might be crying a little bit.

Your Healthista: The First Step on the Road to Fit Yo Pants

yourhealthista:

All your pics have been submitted. You’re ready to fit yo pants. Now, the only question remaining is HOW?

The first thing I need you to do — the first step to fitting yo pants, if you will — is to recognize that whatever you’re doing right now needs to change. You don’t fit yo pants right…

I missed the chance to submit the pants I’d like to fit into, but I will be accepting this challenge in my life 😊

Are you someone who thinks they have a “better side” when it comes to being photographed? Julian Wolkenstein became fascinated with this idea that many people have. He used digital manipulation to make each subject’s face completely symmetrical.
